Windows open outside screen

This is on a new iMac with an external monitor in addition and I just upgraded premiere and IOS yesterday. It is a real annoyance. I've seen that others have similar issues and I have tried to delete my settings in the documents/adobe/etc... but that didn't work. Will this be fixed soon? It should be.

    You say you "just upgraded" Premiere Pro. What version were you using before — and did you experience none of these problems beforehand? Of course, you also upgraded your macOS (from what earlier version?) so that could be a factor as well.

    Please describe the problems you're encountering now.
