Windows Premiere Pro 2019 Full Screen Problem

I used ctrl+" when i can study full screen preview, 2015 version.
But last version (2019) i can't study full screen. I tried ctrl + ' but it did'nt work.
How can i use full screen?

    The ` tilde key will give you a full screen of the active area

    If you dot have a keyboard that supports the tilde you can set your own keyboard shortcut

    You can refer to an earlier thread I posted on to show you how to set this

    I'm running across this problem as I'm traveling with my 15.6" 4K laptop. Aggravating, since I want to evaluate my work on the small screen, need to have it as big as possible. I ran across an odd workaround accidentally. When I switch to the Spanish keyboard (Windows 10, windows key + space bar if you've already got multiple languages set up) the left square bracket key, [ , works like the tilde key is supposed to.
