I don't know much about dll files specifics, but I know there are different sources, where these files are available for downloading. Once I faced the same problem I used this website http://fix4dll.com  . Check it out, may be it solves your problem.

Or follow the guide in this Resolve a "Wmvcore.dll was not found" error when you are running LifeCam software on "N" versions of Windows Vista and W…

Download this setup from Windows Media Feature Pack for N and KN versions of Windows 8 from the link

    http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30685

Step 2 - Install the step up, and restart

Please do not try to download any .dll files from any unknown source or any website. Try the solution and check if it fixes the issue.

    Regards,

    Vinay
