workflow to un-hold un-freeze a Frame Hold
Hi, for systems demos that I edit, I add Frame Holds throughout (e.g., to freeze picture to give time for voiceover/description). My question is about when I want to *un-freeze* at that same spot and let video keep playing out live. My current process is to add an edit/razor blade at the spot I want to un-freeze, then right-click and choose "Frame Hold Options...". Then I turn off/uncheck the "Hold On" (to unfreeze) and choose "Source Timecode" from the dropdown menu. I'm thinking that should use the timecode I'd frozen on and resume "playing" that source from that point forward. But it doesn't; instead it jumps it forward, seemingly by the amount of time it had been frozen (I believe that choosing "Sequence" does the same). See attached (source timecode of V1 is 00:00:46:14 but choosing "Source Timecode" and turning off "Hold On" jumps it to 00:00:50:11).

Any thoughts on the right way to do this? I could, of course, match frame on the frozen video, then edit back in from the source, but hoping there's an easier way.
