Working on a project from Windows with WMV files

I've got a course I did on my windows PC with hundreds of clips that I want to work on with my MacBook. I know WMV is propietary. Any suggestions for how to move my work environment to a mac? I know if I one by one covert every wmv file to an mp4, then updated them in my timeline that will work but it's prohibitively slow and error prone to do that.

Open to suggestions. I'm hoping it's straight forward.

I would use Adobe Media Encoder to batch convert them to Cineform YUV 10 bit files, Quality 3.

I recommend bringing them in to the Media Encoder queue and having Media Encoder convert them for you.

Is there some nifty way to bring 100's of files from piles of different directories and have media queue convert them in place and then update the timelines?
