Working with two caption tracks

Question

Hi,

Is there a way to work with two subtitle tracks at the same time?

(as while editing I'd like to keep the captions matching the transcript some of the time, but sometimes add another subtitles that match the current edit -but I would prefer to keep the old captions, so I remember what was the original sentence)

Hi there,If you don't plan to export a sidecar file, you can convert the portion of the captions you'd like to move to another track to graphics. To do so, select the captions, go to Graphics and Titles > Upgrade Caption to Graphic. Let us know how it goes!
