Write-on effect & Track Matte Key Not Working Correctly

I used the write-on effect & track matte key for a project, the idea is to reveal the outline image like you are drawing it. The first project was fine/perfect (that was last week only) but today the write-on or the track matte key is not working correctly. I used the same process, created a new file, and removed the cache. I attached 2 videos, one is working correctly, and the other is not (which is the image is not revealing)
