Yellow Box with "media pending " in Media Browser

Files in the media browser do not open (hangs up processing) ...Source Field states " yellow box with Media Pending" ...All files be it jpg -png-tif RGB ...Adobe Premier Pro Version 15.4.1 (Build 6) V 15.4.1 ...Windows 10 V2hi Ram 16 GB Intel (r) core (tm) 17-3770 cpu @ 340 hz...I have deleted Media Cache files.

Any help would be greatly appreciated .

Doing some Google searching before posting here, I actually tried this. The above link address's "Media Pending Error" in a clip. My issue is that files that are in the Media Browser hangup and I cannot add to the Source Field or add to clips.
