I am trying to publish a video onto YouTube and nothing is coming up under the Publish tab after i click on the click on the export button(ctrl + m).

When i click on the publish tab nothing happens.

The Export Settings window is so small, you cannot see any of the tabs. That dark line just above "Publish" (and the other tabs) means you can't click on the tabs. And if you enlarge it a tiny bit, you'll be able to click on the tabs, but you won't see what is in the tab.

Drag the bottom of the window down.
