YouTube - Popular Transition Effects Support

Hello,

I am doing a bit of research on easy-to-apply transitions to work within Adobe Premiere Pro. I have found two resourceful sites which offer such assets but I would like to know if there have been any other main resources which social creators on YouTube will get these assets from. Perhaps these may be just right but if any known resources for effects like this are well known and have good reviews, I'd be grateful to find out more.
