YouTube Upload won't allow me to change playlist anymore

Hi all, since about two months PremierPro Export doesn't allow me to change the playlist in the upload dialog from export. Before it was all working fine and I don't know what has changed - but two updates to the software. Am I missing anything, a seeting, someting?

I have aready tried to disconnect my Youtube account and reconnect it. Still the same issue.
