Zoom transition missing

I have been using the zoom transition for years. But when I was forced to sign up to the Creative Cloud, the zoom video transition is no longer there and seems to have replaced by this goofy mobius zoom transition that makes a project look like a kid's carnival. How do I get the zoom transition back? Thanks.

Did you look at my pic? That's the latest Premiere Pro, with both the mobius zoom for VR and the regular one for normal media. You didn't mention anything about checking for this so I can't know.

There is certainly a zoom transition in the current shipping Premiere. Unless there's an issue somehow with your install.

Do you mean you were using the CS6 version?

There's the mobius one for VR work, and the cross zoom for non-VR work.

And yea, they don't ship a ton of transitions with Premiere. I think the assumption is most pros go after downloaded transition options, as the 'feel' of transition tastes is an ever-shifting target.

I had the zoom transition in CS6.But Adobe stopped supporting it and made
me sign up for the Creative Suite and download the updated version of
Premiere Pro in which the zoom transition does not appear. But when I bring
a clip with the zoom attached in from another project the zoom works fine.
I just want to be able to use it with other clips.

Why would Adobe remove zoom, one of the best and most useful transitions of
all, and replace it with this goofy mobius zoom that makes a professional
project look like a cartoon? Doesn't make sense.

Anyway, where can I get the zoom transition? Any idea?

Thanks.
