Zoomed in footage after Premiere Crash

I'm editing dslr footage and the sequence settings match the footage and after Pr's 3rd crash in 3 hours I go to reopen the project and all the footage on my timeline is zoomed in. I know that means the settings don't match but it was fine earlier, they do match, and I even tried making a new sequence from the clip and it's still all zoomed in. I can't believe I have to wait till Monday to talk to a real person on the phone about this. Help please!

I had the same problem, and it was also at the same time that I was having other problems with my mac - flickering display, wouldn't shut down properly so had to do it manually. I did a SMC reset on my Mac, and when I restarted the computer the problem was fixed. I have no idea why, but if there are other funky things going on outside of Premiere, you might consider this option. I know this is an old thread, but for anyone else....

I tried all of those drop down settings and the footage is still zoomed in. I'm just not sure why it was fine, then zoomed in after the crash. Thanks though!
