Zooming problem

Hi all

Ive been having a problem where when I insert a video clip into premiere cc, it comes up zoomed, and about half of the pictures has been trimmed from the edges. How do I fix this as I want the whole picture

    how do I get that timeline tab?

    Its only available if there are no sequences in your project.

    Might also want to reset workspace.
