ZXP - installing my new CEP pannel - Error

so my plugin is finished & im want to push it to my friends to test it out..

I did slef-sign-cert and preforemed the "-sign" command of ZXPSignCmd,

it generated an .zxp file, and when i try to isnstall it via ZXP Installer it fails to parse it: https://prnt.sc/gK0FopmOY_Jk

when i try to do it with aeplugins's ZXP/UXP Installer it doesnt recognize my extnasion name: https://prnt.sc/hdQZ9pORaYMk

i think maybe my manifest is worng? - if its event related..

and i have added in the attachments my .manifest
