Hi photo pen,

This warning means Premiere has detected an unsupported or outdated GPU driver. Premiere will usually still run if you continue, but you may experience reduced performance, disabled GPU acceleration, rendering/export issues, instability, or crashes. Updating to a supported NVIDIA driver is recommended. If your GPU (GT 730) is no longer supported by current drivers, you may need to use an older supported version of Premiere or upgrade your GPU.
