基本3Dを中央に配置すると、その場で回転してくれると思いますが、画面の中央ではない位置で巣ウィベルの数値を動かすとこのようにその場で回転してくれないです。
自分なりにアンカーポイントなどいじってっみたのですが、うまくその場で回転ができなかったため、教えていただけますと幸いです。

      Are you applying the effect to a graphic clip in the Properties panel? Applying the effect this way affects the whole frame, not just the image itself.

      To swivel only the image, apply the effect directly to the image on the timeline.

        It might be a known bug.

        Try setting playback to full or render the timeline.
