文字起こしにて日本語設定にしているが、英語になってしまう

日本語の設定にしているにもかかわらず、英語でキャプションが作成されてしまいます。

再起動や設定の確認、別端末に変えたりなどさまざま試してみましたが改善できませんでした。

トラブルシューティング可能でしたら教えていただけますと幸いです。
