adjustment layer not working when I put keyframes

for fast blur S_Sahke BBC Fast Film Glow S_Flicker

when I put keyframes for it. It doesnt work ad it was working from 2 days ago I Uninsalled Premiere and Insall it again without saving the prefrences and it is still not working I need help because I used to put adjustment layer on top of each clip now I am doing keyframes for every clip and it really takes long time
