Adobe Premiere Pro Beta Not Opening: Dialog Box Appears Then Closes Immediately

I have a problem with Adobe Premiere Pro Beta. When I try to open it, a dialog box appears briefly, and then the program closes immediately without opening anything. I've tried several solutions, including reinstalling it and deleting the Adobe Preferences , but it still doesn't work.
