,Hi, I have a user on a MacBook Pro M1, who tries to download Adobe Premiere Pro (Beta) he gets an error when trying to download, saying that this version is not supported for M1. We have tried to install on an M4 here it works. Does anyone know if it’s not supported for M1 Macs?

Yes! Thank you! Today it worked. I followed the steps exactly. But affter restart I still couldn't see it in CC desktop. But launching the install from the website didn't. Yesterday day it didn't.

1. Sign out of the Creative Cloud desktop app and close all Adobe apps.

2. Then click on Finder> Click on the GO menu at the top on the right side of Apple logo > click on "Go To Folder" and paste this location
/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/Configs/

3. Delete the ServiceConfig.xml file.

4. After that, restart and sign in to the CC app again

5. Now you can see the beta version in the CC app.
Install from the website.

Hi @Enchanting_creation4012 - Can you post a picture of the error message you are receiving?  Is the computer on macOS 12?  Starting with Premiere Pro version 25.4, macOS Monterey (version 12) is no longer supported. Mac users on Apple Silicon and Intel-based systems can continue using version 25.3 or earlier.

Hi @Enchanting_creation4012 - Can you navigate to the apple logo in the menu bar and select "about this mac" then copy and paste what it says next to macOS. or take a screenshot of the dialog box without the serial number.
