As a developer offer export locations

As a developer is there away to offer locations to our platform in the export location where YouTube and Twitter ect have them? and offer a custom form for settings. If it is possible is there any documentation for this?

There's no way to add 3rd party options to that dialog; many 3rd party publish destinations have created CEP panels, to better manage the export and upload process.
