Audio and video clock out of sync

I keep having issues with this audi and video clock error popping up constantly. I'm running 48GB of RAM. Updates are good. I am editing a feature length film. I started getting these errors maybe 70% into the edit. I'm now working on sound design and score. And its frustrating.

    Make sure Default Input in the Audio Hardware in the Preferences is set to No Input.

    I am having the same issue but this does not fix the issue for me. Any other suggestions?
