Audio disk I/O Overload and Missing Audio messages

Currently editing a VLOG using Beta and having some issues with the audio.

Mac, full spec. While scrubbing/PLAYING through footage, every few seconds the 'Audio disk I/O overloaded' error pops up. The audio will cut out for a second. I start to scrub again; it'll work for a bit, and then the same thing happens.

Also when playing footage audio will abruptly cut with an error saying ''audio from clip not found'' with the waveform clearly showing in the timeline.

Footage is from a GoPro Hero7 and when played there is NO audio missing.

There may be a problem for the ai system as teh audio is recorded next to a waterfall.
