Audio not found 00 in every version from PP 14.9

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Place file on timeline, playback 30s, then audio stops working. 
Result: No audio on tracks 2 and 3 during playback
Expected: Audio playback correctly. Same file works correctly in PP 14.9 and below

Please no comments about ReEncoding or Proxies or other time-wasting workflows, this needs specifically fixing by an Adobe engineer. Yes the clips are at 62.5fps due to FFMPEG limitations when encoding with MKV. Regardless the files worked in 14.9 and all versions prior for the last 5 years and haven't since 15.0 onwards, including all Beta versions.

Adobe you broke this when updating the Audio System in 15.0 and is has REMAINED broken since. PLEASE FIX you obviously know how to fix it as it has worked for years and years prior to 15.0.
