Audio Not Found When Downloading A File

If I start downloading something (to my Downloads folder), my audio track in the timelime immediately. It won't come back until after I restart the whole progam (and I'm not not downloading something). Anyone else experience this?

Update: It is now doing it at random times, unrelated to my downloads.
