Auto Transcriptions stuck when loading bar is full

Hi all, 

 

The auto transcription feature is great, it was working well for 2 projects I have since completed. Suddenly out of the blue today it has stopped working. Once it gets to the following image below

I have: 

  • Restarted PC
  • Updated Prem
  • Logged out and into Creative Cloud

 

This project I am needing to transcribe is due tomorrow so any quick hacks anyone might have to get this up and running again would be great, thank you!

    I've just tried it in Beta version of Premiere Pro and it's not working there either. So it must be some sort of a server issue.
    Hopefully it will get fixed soon!

    Hi all

     

    Working with latest version on Macbook M1, Version 15.4.1 Build 6 and it's freezing for me - however I'm working on a Team Project remotely with Proxies only (original online assets held elsewhere) - as with others can't cancel it and Premiere crashes if I try to close the project - share my changes also hangs.

    Can you tell me on which version you are? For me it is not working right now.

    I'm using the most recent version of Premier Pro 2021. Most of my audio transcription files are fairly short. However, I'm not having the issues of it being stuck like I did yesterday.

    Hello. I have exact same issue. Mac OS 11.0.1
    Everything was working perfectly just a couple of days ago.

      I am having the same issue today and it has been working fine the last few days.
