Beta 15.0 crashing (out of memory), now won't open

I'm on Mac Mini M1, running Premiere Beta 15.0.

It's been crashing several times a day for the last few days, and I lose my work.

1) I can't find out how to downgrade to Beta 14.x versions, is that not possible anymore? Those were the last stable versions for me.

2) Is there a way for the application to auto-safe when it begins to run out of memory?

3) I now can't open the app anymore, it seems corrupted. It usually opens and shows "scanning plugins" type behavior on the splash screen. It now opens to the splash screen, freezes, and never opens.
