Boot Problem

Good Morning, Had an issue yesterday when trying to open Premier. It would act as it loading but never would open the program. I tried opening from the Premier Icon in applications instead from my desktop and that seem to work. But today I'm having the same issue. The only way to get premier to open is to power down my Mac, a reset will not work. I'm up todate using revision 27R and 11.2.1 on my MacBook.
