bug in 25.2.0 Transcript not appearing in duplicated sequence

transcribing doesn't transfer to duplicate sequence.

The bug occured when I:

1. Hit transcribe on 40minute talking head sequence.

2. While transcribing, I duplicated the original sequence
   renamed the new sequence
   and closed the original.  

3. Wait for processing to complete. (clip processing still occures while the sequence is closed.)

4. In new sequence, open text tab, transcript, nothing there. (the originial has one)

5. Open original again

6. Go back to new sequence,
7. And now the transcript apears 

The transcript should have apeared the first time i opened the transcript in the new sequence

Instead I had to find the work around of opening the origianl and going back to the duplicate. 

Small issue but I want to help improve the product.
