BUG: Selecting Clip Not Working When Dragging Highlight From Bottom

When you right-click and hold mouse, and try drag selecting a clip coming from below the clip, Premiere Pro Beta is not selecting the clip until you pass your mouse over the very top of the clip: https://streamable.com/z8l2hn

Thank you for the report. This is an issue we are aware of and hope to fix soon. Until then, a possible workaround is to select from top then down.
