bug shortcut in premiere pro beta

all shortcut dosen't work & i cant set any keyboard shortcut on the appthis a huge mistake

That is something happening local on your machine.

First, Trash Preferences and then reboot and relaunch Premiere.

If that doesn't work, Trash Preferences again then uninstall Premiere. Reboot, reinstall, and see if it worksl

If that doesn't work, go nuclear: Adobe CC Cleaner Tool ... and although the instructions say to uninstall then run the Cleaner Tool ... RUN THE CLEANER TOOL BEFORE uninstalling. It may get everything if you uninstall first, it will get everything if you use the Cleaner Tool for the whole job.
