Build 141 crashes a lot and presents this error

Update to Build 141 yesterday and this error in the image attached popped up when I opened a project from a few weeks ago. How can I fix this?

FYI, the fix is in 22.0 Beta build 150, which is available on Creative Cloud.

Apologies. Our developers believe they have found the culprit and should have a fix in the next Premiere Pro 22.0 Beta build

I'm having the same issue. I found that if you simply move the window out of the way and don't click on continue, the program seems to work ok so far.
