Build 22.0.0.15 does not sync to my settings!

I cannot get it to actually sync to my CC settings ... it shows it doing so, but does NOT apply the settings.

So not only do I not have my keyboard shorts and workspaces, it is defaulting to putting all cache files on my SSD OS drive ... where I NEVER want them.

Fix it, folks.
