Can not access keyboard shortcuts window, also keyboard shortcuts are not syncing

I use and edit a lot of keyboard shortcuts that also tie into macros, and I use the sync feature to go between the other computers. On the new beta I can not access the keybaord shortcut window, nor are any of my old shortcuts working after sync. I'm sure this is a bug, I hope it gets resolved soon, thanks
