Can't edit subtitles on the program panel

  1. PR Version 23.1.0
  2. mac OS Version 12.6
  3. Create transcription > Create captions > edit subtitles on the program panel(It would work for one and twice, then I can't edit)
  4. The subtitle should be able to edit both on the program panel and the text panel(Now only available on the text panel.)
