Cannot re-link files from server in Premier

I have several legacy projects with media stored on a server. The files were moved on the server and now I have to re-link them to edit the projects. But when I go to re-link the media, I cannot navigate to the server to find the new location. Network drives show nothing, and entering the servername in the search URL shows it can't be found.  I have to copy the files to the local machine to re-link them. This is in beta and release versions.
