Cant reopen transcript box

Having trouble re oping the transcript box. Once it is closed out, I can't re open it to re transcribe the sequence.

Thank you for reporting this issue. What happens if you navigate to the Text panel via the Window menu, then open "Text"?

Or do you mean the empty Text panel with the "transcribe" button in the middle? In that case you can enlarge the panel and you should find a small drop-down menu with three dots in the top right corner with the  option to re-transcribe (and soon to export / import)

It looks like this has been fixed in the latest update.

Also the Text Box can be a floating Box or Acrhored to a workspace preset.

This looks like its also an update.

 

I will try and be more specific in fure post. I just get in a hurry because I am working on many projects and trying to learn the nre features at the same time.

 

We have many needs for subtitling -  mainly for DVD, but also for social media and digital downloads.
