Caption Window has disappeared.... 05.01.21

Just installed latest version of PP Beta. Problems are:

1. Captions Window has disappated but Captions track and text in each track segment is visible

2. Double clicking in Captions track does not make the Captions Window appear.

Can this be fixed ASAP?
