Cinema grade premiere pro windows

Hey guys I'm having troubles with cinema grade on premiere pro windows

I create my colour grade and corrections in the plugin but when I close the plugin and go back to premiere to view the footage the grade does not apply

Then when I open back up cinema grade on the same clip I find my work has vanished and iv to start again only to end in the same results

I need help please does anyone have any solutions?

I'm interested in CinemaGrade, but the licensing engine is setup to start with Windows (as a process) and I think that is way overkill. I may not use it for a week or even longer, but it's always there. Either paranoia or ?.

On the other hand, I've emailed them several times, and I have almost always gotten a pretty quick response.

Second, have you contacted CinemaGrade help/support?

Everyone's mileage always varies ...

I mailed cinema grade support 3 times and got only one mail which said contact on instagram and when contacted no replay from them

I have just found help with an issue with Cinema Grade. As soon as I apply Cinema Grade to a sequence the sequence turned black in the Program window. I was able to open CG and see and colorgrade the clips. Returning to Premiere, the sequence was blacked out.
Thanks to the kind help from another user in here, I upgraded the Nvidia graphics driver which solved the problem. I thought perhaps that would be worth a try in your case too.

(CG support is/was still trying to figure out the cause of this issue - which was of course not CG nor Premiere Pro related issue.)
