Control Surface Bug: Tangent JKL keys don't work

In the current beta (ver 22.0.0 build 117) and in the previous build, my Tangent Elements movement keys that correspond to (and are mapped) to J-K-L do not do anything when tapped. Even with the key-shorts reset.

They work perfectly in the current 'shipping' version and all past versions.
