Question

Creative Cloud not showing Premiere Pro Beta v.26 for download

Creative Cloud on my machine (windows) only shows Photoshop Beta v. 25.4. V26 would be awesome for a project I'm working on, but I can't seem to find the upgrade. I have tried uninstalling in Creative Cloud, reinstalling from creative cloud and from an Adobe.com download. I am an Enterprise user at a company, is it possible my Corporate Information Security folks are blocking the update? Or could there be some weird error with Creative Cloud, OR is it just not rolled out to everyone yet? If so, I find it weird that I can't find or download 25.6 either.

@NickAntz,

Your post title is okay, but in the body, you say "Photoshop."

This happened earlier in October and resolved once there was a new PR Beta update. I don't think we knew why, but existing installs of the Beta were okay, even if they did not show in the cloud desktop.

Go to your updates and click "Check for updates." If any actual problem is fixed, that may get things working. When this happened last, I saw the problem; but today, all is okay for me.

Ah, sorry, meant Premiere. I have checked for updates but it isn't showing one available.

Try signing out and back in to the cloud desktop. But I suspect that getting a new PR Beta update is what may reset something.

Curious: do you have any PR Beta installed? It won't show in the cloud desktop even if you do. This did not help the last time, but some users thought they didn't, but I think they did (until they installed 25.4).
