difficult to export a srt file

Question

I am trying to export my subtitles to a srt file. But today it doesn't seem to work because, as you can see from the attached screenshot, the word "caption" doesn't appear in the window. In recent days, however, it appeared and I could export even if, to be honest, I had to try at least a couple of times because it only appeared after pressing "media". It's a strange thing, don't you think?

SOLVED Maybe something has changed with the last update, or maybe I didn't notice before but I solved it, in the window where the subtitles appear there is the possibility of direct export.
