don't have new features in beta

I don't seem to have the new features in beta version 15.4. Selecting "new project" from home screen brings up old new project settings box. I also don't see the new header bar. I'm at a university with enterprise account. Could that be the reason?

Now I have the features. Just updated to new beta a few minutes ago. Weird that I didn't have the features when I initially downloaded and launched beta just yesterday.
