Double clicking clip in Timeline doesn't bring it to the source window anymore

I am in the beta 24.3 build 33 and when I double click a clip in the timeline where it used to bring it to the source window where I could work with it, now it brings up a dialog box to "edit offline file".  How do I go back to what used to be the default behavior?

I'm on build 38, double click brings the clip into the source monitor, but in the size of the sequence. For example, if your sequence is FHD and your clip is UHD, double clicking will bring your clip into the source monitor, but the source monitor view size is FHD, so your clip will be cropped...
