Drag and drop multiple clips in timeline bug

In this case drag and dropping clips in the timeline doesn't work:

1. snap in timeline is not active

2. the sequence has already been created

3. dragging multiple clips into timeline

4. when I see the icoon that show that I can't drop the clips (the hand with the sign), my selection of clips is gone (not in the project panel)

I have found the same bug in Premiere v14.7.0 (build 23)

I have not found the bug in Premiere v14.0.4 (build 18)

I have no idea when it first occured.
