Edit safe margins

I know I posted in the captions subject, but I thought it would benefit from it's own subject.

I just discovered I could edit the safe margins OVERLAY value, instead of 10/20%, I could put everything at 0%…
But it doesn't seem to affect the captions results which sound locked to the default value…
