Effect Controls Disappear After Changing One Parameter

For some unknown reason, since 2019 Premiere, randomly the Effect Controls for a clip will disapear after changing some parameter in the effect controls panel.

You then must click on the clip in the timline again, adjust one thing. It will disapear again. Repeat forever.

Only solution I've found is to restart premiere.

It is still happening in the newest Premiere 2020 Beta.
