relatively new to premier pro and I am consistently receiving this error while editting my videos.

Error retrieving frame

Frame subsitustion recursion attempt aborting after multiple attempts

Can someone please assist this is becoming a frequent issue when editting and ruining my podcasts/videos.

Will be good if you can share these problematic media & project. We will check at our end and report back.
Moreover, are you seeing this issue only in beta version or in release version (24.6 ) also?

Hi @hannah_9211 - Are you trying to access your files from the CFcard? If you move the files to an internal hard drive do you still receive the errors? What Premiere Pro version and build are you working on? What are your cpu specs?
