You're in a Search Bin, go into the project panel and those options will be back.

Where was that info in the original post? Not everything is greyed out, I see several available menu options. Explain what's happening if we are to help you.

It looks like you have an outpoint set with or without an inpoint (under the menu)

I see options available, so I'm not sure what you are talking about.
